The Managing Violence and Aggression (Verbal De-Escalation) program is designed to equip frontline professionals (security, residential, shelter, and day-program personnel), educators, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders, with effective verbal strategies to respond to individuals experiencing a crisis.

Format: classroom theory and demonstrations
Validity: 3 years
This one-day course integrates classroom instruction and demonstrations. Certification is awarded to participants who successfully complete the program.
