Safety Services offers four (4) spaces for your meeting needs:

Classroom 4

Rooms include use of: ceiling mounted projectors or Smart TV, dimmable LED light panels, speakers, laptop or PC, flipchart/whiteboard and markers.

**If you require more capacity, please contact us as will do our best to accommodate your group size and needs.

Cancellation Policy- If you wish to cancel a room rental please contact the office five business days prior to the date of the room booking. Notice given less than 5 days will result in 50% of the room fee and an invoice will be issued to the booking contact.

Please advise SSNS if you or anyone in your group has a medical condition, of which we should be aware.

The Renter shall be responsible for the conduct and behavior of all individuals attending or participating in the event or meeting held within the facility. The Renter is also responsible for ensuring that the rented space is left in a clean and orderly condition upon completion of the event, including the removal of all garbage, and personal belongings, and restoring the room to its original condition.

Any damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or failure to comply with these obligations may result in additional charges.
