Mitch is a proud East Coaster, born in Dartmouth and raised between the Halifax Regional Municipality and St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. He brings over 15 years of experience in Health & Safety across multiple provinces, with work ranging from the Grand Banks of Newfoundland to the oil sands in Alberta.
For the past decade, Mitch has been based in Toronto, working as a Health & Safety Manager for a general contractor. Outside of work, he enjoys watching all sports, attending concerts, and staying active—whether at the gym, on the golf course, or hiking along the coast.
