Joe has been with Safety Services Nova Scotia since 2007 and has worked in the safety and risk management field professionally for many years.  Prior to joining Safety Services Nova Scotia, Joe spent 14 years working for a global commercial insurer supplying risk management and loss prevention services across Atlantic Canada.

Ed started as a motorcycle instructor in 2003 and became the Motorcycle Training Manager in 2009. Ed rides a variety of motorcycles including a Honda Goldwing, Victory Crosscountry, Harley Ultras Classic, and a Honda Valkyrie.

A proud Nova Scotian with over twenty years of Senior Management experience, Stephen joined Safety Services Nova Scotia in 2022. His knowledge and experience span multiple facets from the Canadian military, commercial diving to building operations.

Dakota Wallace

Dakota has been working at Safety Services Nova Scotia since 2013. Dakota’s role has changed over the years.  She started with SSNS as a Client Services Specialist for 8 years which then lead her to a Supervisor Position where she oversaw all programs in the Road & Workplace Safety departments.

Tony Fountain

Tony was born in Eastbourne UK. In 2005 he decided it was time for a change so he browsed online and found a place suitable for a water sports enthusiast called Nova Scotia. He booked a flight, bought a house and hasn’t looked back since.

Neil Horsley

Neil started with Safety Services in February of 2023. Neil is a Certified Registered Safety Technician (CRST) and completed a UNB Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.

Olga Vilcu

Olga Vilcu

Olga moved to Canada from Italy with her family in 2018. Since then, Nova Scotia has become their new home. Olga obtained a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Nova Scotia Community College in 2023.

Kerry Selig

Kerry joined Safety Services Nova Scotia in 2007 as the in-class Driver’s Education instructor. In 2022, Kerry decided to join the Client Services Team as well as continuing with Driver’s Education and added more in-car instruction to her plate.

Angela Madore

Angela joined the Client Services team in 2022 after leaving the healthcare service line. She brings over 25 years of customer service experience with her.

Melissa joins Safety Services Nova Scotia with over a decade of customer service experience.

Susan MacLeod

Susan started with Safety Services in April of 2023, with almost 40 years of administrative and clerical experience in an academic setting.

Tina joined the Safety Services Nova Scotia team in 2023. She has many years of financial, administrative and management experience.  Prior to joining Safety Services, she was employed with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Finance Manager and has been involved with many nonprofit organizations over the years.
