This 10 week 40 hour customized funded Workplace Education program will help you enhance and further develop strategies to improve your communication skills in the workplace such as learning communication styles, the role of verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening and building trust.  Exploration of benefits and challenges of 4+  generations working together.  Techniques will be explored in the facilitation process including the design and delivery of an effective toolbox talk.  Participants will learn effective meeting strategies to engage employees.  Learn how to have difficult conversations including tools for future use. Discover the five languages of appreciation and celebration in the workplace.  Based on the individual needs assessments (required) these topics may be adjusted for customization.
