Description The following course provides attendees with an understanding of what an incident is and how to investigate it. The course format will be lecture style, allowing students to give feedback and participate in discussion. During the class the students will work in groups on case studies. Course ObjectivesParticipants gain the knowledge to conduct thorough workplace incident investigations. This course presents realistic recommendations during interactive case studies, which will help reduce or eliminate incidents and contribute to a safer, healthier workplace. Who Should Attend?

Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel a course registration, please contact the person listed on your course confirmation via telephone or email. Cancellations will be processed at date and time received. Refund Policy:Non-attendance will result in a charge of 100% of the course cost. Participant substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class. No penalty if ten (10) business days notice of cancellation is given prior to course start date. If cancellation is received before five (5) business days prior to the start of the course, an option to transfer to a later date, location or program may be considered. Cancellations received five (5) business days or less before start of course will be charged 100% of course cost with no recourse. Please note that we may cancel, postpone or reschedule a course at our discretion. If available substitute dates are not suitable to you, you shall receive a full refund. |
