Greg Green will explain the process, status and provide some insight into the future development of Workplace Health and Safety Regulations.  He will also discuss the new philosophy in adopting the latest version of standards.  

Greg Green is currently Acting Director of Investigations, Technical and Internal Services in the OHS Division of the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education. In this capacity, he has oversight of the inspection and compliance activities relating to occupational health and the technical aspects of health and safety and will explain the process, status and provide some insight into the future development of Workplace Health and Safety Regulations. 

The first iteration of this document has been approved by Cabinet and come into effect on June 12.
