Conference Theme – From Vision To Visible Results
Creating a culture of safety requires champions: people with the vision to see the relationship between a thriving culture and a successful organization. Those with the desire to work with others in creating a safety culture.
A champion can be a production worker, joint committee member, fleet manager, or corporate executive. The task of building a safety culture is ongoing, but it's important to measure every success. Attending Safety Services NS' annual conference provides the motivation and tools to help safety champions and their organizations move from vision to visible results.
